Accidents
Accidents happen and when they do we're here to get you back on the road quickly and safely.
If you have an accident in a leased car:
1. Stop the car, turn off your engine and turn on your hazard warning lights. Ensure everyone is safe and move away from the vehicle to a secure location if possible.
2. If anyone is injured call emergency services immediately on 999.
3. Contact our 24/7 roadside assistance line 0818 20 40 50 immediately. Our team will arrange recovery and coordinate repairs through our approved network minimising disruption to your operations. It is important NOT TO accept blame for an incident or accept cash settlements to avoid insurance claims.
4. If possible and safe to do so collect details:
- Location, date, and time.
- Names, addresses and contact numbers of any drivers and witnesses.
- Registrations and insurance details of those involved.
- Details of any police officers who attend.
- Any injuries sustained by yourself and others.
- If safe to do so, photograph damage and positions of the vehicles involved.
Roadside Assistance
In a breakdown, safety comes first. Here's what to do before calling for help.
1. Always stay safe first:
- Pull over to the left side of the road if possible, ideally on the hard shoulder or in a lay-by.
- Turn on hazard lights and if it is safe to do so wear a reflective jacket or warning triangle.
- Get out of the vehicle on the passenger side and stand behind a safety barrier if there is one — never on the live carriageway.
- Keep passengers away from traffic. Pets should remain in the car unless it’s dangerous.
2. If you’re in danger or blocking traffic, dial 999 immediately and provide your location.

Maintenance and Repairs

To book a service or report a repair, contact our fleet management team directly or enter your name and vehicle registration number using our service form. We'll contact you to schedule maintenance at a time and location convenient for you, using our network of approved service centres.
All routine servicing, MOTs, and covered repairs are handled seamlessly — we coordinate directly with the garage, ensuring your vehicles receive manufacturer-standard care without the administrative burden falling on you.
If you notice any damage to your vehicle, please contact us immediately to report it.
End of Lease
As your lease term approaches its end, we'll guide you through your next steps.
We will contact you well in advance to discuss your options and guide you through the return process. We'll arrange a convenient vehicle inspection to assess condition and mileage, providing transparent feedback on any potential charges.
You will receive clear instructions on where and when to return the vehicle, and we'll handle all DVLA and administrative procedures. If you're interested in renewing your lease or exploring new vehicles, our team will ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime for your fleet.
Tyres
Proper tyre care ensures safety, performance, and lease compliance.
All tyre replacements, puncture repairs, and seasonal changes are covered under your lease agreement. If you notice wear, damage, or low tread depth (below 3mm), contact us immediately and we'll arrange replacement through our approved tyre partners.
Emergency callouts for punctures or blowouts are handled through our roadside assistance service. We monitor tyre wear patterns to help optimise fleet performance and ensure your vehicles always meet legal and safety standards.
Buy Your Lease Car
Want to keep your leased vehicle at the end of your term? We make it easy.
Contact our team at least three months before your lease ends to express your interest. We'll provide a competitive purchase price based on current market value and arrange an inspection.
If you proceed, we'll handle all paperwork, DVLA transfers, and payment arrangements, making the transition from lease to ownership seamless. This option lets you keep a vehicle you know and trust, with full maintenance history already documented.
