How long will it take before my account manager knows my business?

What happens if my business grows rapidly mid-contract?

Vehicles & Customisation

Can I choose the exact model, colour and spec of my vehicle?

Absolutely. You’ll have access to the same manufacturer options as if you were buying outright, from trim levels to paint colours.

Do you supply specialist vehicles like refrigerated vans or tippers?

Yes. We regularly source and lease specialist vehicles. If you need conversions or bespoke builds, we’ll manage the process with trusted partners.

Can I add branding or livery to leased vehicles?

Yes. Most clients add branding to company vehicles. We’ll advise on the best approach so the livery can be removed cleanly at the end of the lease.

Do leased vehicles come with insurance included?

Insurance isn’t included as standard, but we’ll work with your broker to ensure the right cover is in place. Some clients prefer to keep insurance separate for flexibility.

Can employees use company-leased vehicles for personal use?

Yes, as long as your company insurance policy covers personal use. Many businesses allow personal use, but it’s your choice how flexible you want to be.

Practical Matters

What happens if I go over my agreed mileage?

If you exceed your mileage allowance, you’ll be charged a small fee per kilometre at the end of the contract. We’ll agree this rate upfront so there are no surprises. If you think your usage might change, we can adjust your contract mid-term to keep things fair.

Can I end my lease early if my circumstances change?

Yes, though early termination fees may apply. We’ll always work with you to find the most cost-effective solution, whether that’s restructuring the contract or replacing the vehicle with something more suitable.

Are lease payments fixed or can they increase during the contract?

Your monthly payments are fixed for the duration of your agreement, giving you predictable costs. The only time costs might change is if you add services or adjust your mileage mid-contract.

What happens if tax laws or government incentives change during my lease?

We can’t control government policy, but we’ll always keep you informed about changes that affect your fleet. If new grants or incentives become available, we’ll help you take advantage of them when renewing or expanding your fleet.

Do you offer “try before you lease” options for businesses new to leasing?

Yes. Our daily rental service lets you try vehicles short-term before committing to a full lease. It’s a low-risk way to see if leasing works for your business.

End of Lease

What happens at the end of the lease contract?

You simply return the vehicle and we can arrange a replacement if needed. Many clients roll straight into their next contract so there’s no downtime..

Will I be charged for minor scratches, dents or wear and tear?

Normal wear and tear is expected and allowed. Only damage beyond industry guidelines (like large dents, broken lights or cracked windscreens) may result in charges. We’ll give you a clear guide upfront so expectations are set.

Can I buy the vehicle at the end of the lease?

Yes, in most cases. If you’d like to purchase, we’ll give you a fair market value price at the end of the contract.

How do vehicle returns work logistically—do you collect them?

Yes, we’ll arrange collection at a time and place that suits you. We’ll also carry out an inspection and provide a condition report for transparency.

How soon can I order replacements before my current lease expires?

We recommend planning at least 6 months ahead, especially for vans and specialist vehicles. That way your replacements arrive before the old ones go back.

Can I see all my fleet data (mileage, costs, service history) in one place?

How quickly can you deliver a replacement if one of my vehicles is written off?

We can usually provide a temporary replacement within 24 hours, keeping your business operational while we arrange a long-term solution.

Do you provide training for drivers on electric vehicles?

Yes. We offer EV driver training sessions to make sure your team is comfortable with charging, range planning and best practices.
